ABOUT MX LAW

Morgan Mentzer is the founder of Mx Law, a civil rights firm committed to justice through the law. Prior to founding Mx Law, Morgan founded the Lavender Rights Project, and the Reckoning Trade Project. Since 2013 Morgan has represented Plaintiffs facing discrimination based on their gender identity, sexual orientation, race and disability.

LGBTQ+ workers face higher rates of harassment and discrimination than their peers. This is disproportionately the case for queer and transgender people of color (QTPOC). Mx Law is committed to combating racism and transmisogyny in the workplace.
